Oakhill enables PHL to invest in mortgages across BC, ON, and AB that fall outside traditional lenders’ eligibility criteria. As these conventional lenders continue to tighten their guidelines, Oakhill will be able to provide mortgages for individuals through capital raised from its investors. In exchange Oakhill’s accredited investors gain access to a portfolio of mortgages that has historically provided returns in the range of 10-14% net of management fee.

Established in 2021, Oakhill has demonstrated steady growth since its foundation. By investing in first, second, and in exceptional cases, third mortgages in the residential real estate market—including townhomes, condos, land, and multifamily dwellings—as well as commercial and industrial real estate.

Dividends Invested in your financial growth.

Each quarter, shareholders are entitled to receive any dividends declared by Oakhill. Investors will have the opportunity to either take a cash payment, or reinvest their dividend as a purchase of additional shares. As an incentive to reinvest, additional shares purchased through the reinvestment of dividends will qualify for future dividends.
