Partner Rewards Program
We believe that a great partnership is built on mutual respect and shared success. This program is our way of saying thank you for the commitment you show through the volume of deals you fund with us. We’ve kept the mechanics easy so you can stay focused on your clients while we handle the heavy lifting.
Here’s how we track your success:
No registration required: You don’t need to sign up for a thing. Every active broker is automatically included, and we track every funded deal from our side to make sure your progress is always accurate.
A head start on 2026: The program covers the full 2026 calendar year, but we’re also looking back. Any compliant deals you funded between December 19 and December 31, 2025 may count toward your 2026 totals.
Personal milestones: Whenever you hit a new tier, a member of our team will reach out to congratulate you.
Your choice, your reward: At the end of the year, you’ll be eligible for one reward based on the highest tier you’ve reached. If you’d prefer not to participate for any reason, you may choose to out out of the program.
Partner Milestones & Rewards
Fund 4 deals to reach Silver Partner
Rewards may include:
Airpods Pro, a selection of gift cards, or a charitable donation for a value up to $350.
Fund 7 deals to reach Gold Partner
Rewards may include:
iPad Air, a selection of gift cards, or a charitable donation for a value up to $800.
Fund 10 deals to reach Platinum Partner
Rewards may include:
iPhone Pro, a selection of gift cards, or a charitable donation for a value up to $1,600.
Deadline
All deals must be funded by December 31, 2026 to qualify. Any deal funded in 2026 will be considered a 2026 deal.

Reward values are approximate, and rewards are subject to change. “Deals” refers to any funded mortgage loans where any affiliate or related party of PHL Capital Corp. is a lender, including but not limited to MortEq Lending Corp. and Oakhill Lending Corp;, and is limited to deals in Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario. Deals must be funded between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 to be eligible for the Program. Additionally, the Program may include deals funded between December 19, 2025, and December 31, 2025, determined in PHL’s discretion to recognize partners for their continued efforts. Broker partners who may receive rewards are solely responsible for their applicable legal and regulatory requirements, which may include disclosures to their borrower clients. It is strongly recommended that all broker partners participating in this Program make disclosures to their borrower clients for deals funded by PHL and potentially receiving an indirect interest.
